Columbia Sportswear Men's Steens Mountain Sweater, Columbia Navy, MediumThe cuffs have elastic in them also, but not too much to be comfortable. I hate elastic cuffs that make me feel like my sleeves are bound to my wrists, but these are snug without being restrictive, just right! Everything considered, I think this is a fine replaceent for my old fleece jacket, better made, good looking, and every bit as servicable. It wouldn't do for someone trying to survive in the Arctic, I don't suppose, but it's just what I was looking for and I'm happy as a clam.

I just got this and it seems to be a very well made light jacket, suitable for casual wear on cool days and evenings, particularly when I'm riding my bike or working outdoors and want something that will keep the chill off but not leave me sweltering and not restrict my movements. Cozy, yet flexible and breathable, this jacket fits my needs to a T.

This jacket has 2 zip-up pockets with lots of capacity. There is no hood, but I find a hood useful only when scooting out to my car when it's raining. There's an elastic drawstring around the bottom I don't think I'll need - it tightens via plastic spring-loaded doodads on each side.
